Copyright Infringement Notification

HoleIO Online ("https://holeio-online.github.io/") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated Copyright Agent.

Elements of Notification

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Your DMCA notice must include:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed mistakenly
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
